Delivery and Exchange Policy

Delivery

trippen processes and dispatches orders from Monday to Friday. Shipping costs are determined based on the destination and quantity of items purchased.

In-stock items: Dispatched within five working days upon order confirmation.

Customized products: Require approximately eight to ten weeks for production before dispatch.

trippen does not assume liability for delivery delays, loss of goods, customs clearance issues, or failed payment approvals. While we strive to minimize potential disruptions, international customers purchase at their own risk.

All prices exclude import duties and sales taxes. Customers are responsible for paying these charges directly to the carrier to facilitate customs clearance. As exact fees may vary, we recommend consulting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

Exchange

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, custom-made items are non-returnable.

Shoes and bags (excluding custom-made items) may be exchanged within seven days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges are permitted once per order, with the customer covering the round-trip shipping costs.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn and in pristine condition. Customers are advised to try on shoes carefully, as any returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted.
